About the Elite Coach
This Calisthenics online programming is designed for beginners and intermediates who would like to strengthen and define their physique using a variety of body weight exercises.
You will receive workouts for your upper body strengthening exercises that increase intensity in order to help you successfully achieve pulls ups, push ups and dips.
The Live online programming will also cover leg/booty exercises, and core/ab exercises for a holistic and healthy balanced work out.
There are three to five intensity levels for all upper and lower body workouts, which will allow beginners to develop their skills over time, whilst also providing ambitious intermediate enthusiasts with plenty of challenges.
