About the Elite Coach
Hello my name is Sergio Ordoñez international Coach and Calisthenics athlete.
During my Live Calisthenics online programming we will be training on the following:
Strength and Endurance: focused on all types of weighted repetitions / un-weighted bodyweight training upper and lower body.
Static exercises such as Handstand, Front Lever, Planche, Human flag and much more specific skills.
Dynamic exercises such as progression aids and tips.
Stretching and joint mobility.
I like to focus on technique and routines of each static and progression excercises to prevent any form of injuries.
Within the Calisthenics Sports Academy we will have daily LIVE interaction throughout leader board, internal chats and daily tips, on request LIVE virtual Q/A SESSION where you can meet me in person and I can respond to all your questions.
Every week we will be training and working hard to achieve our fitness goals together with a lot of FIRE AND WILL !
